Our hospital family also includes dedicated volunteers who generously give their time and expertise to Thomas Hospital. From an Auxiliary with more than 400 members, to a volunteer Hospital Board of Directors, a volunteer Foundation Board of Directors, and a volunteer Thomas Medical Center Advisory Board, these dedicated people spend countless hours helping Thomas Hospital fulfill its mission of service to the community.

Customer service is an integral part of Thomas Hospital's mission. As we strive to give excellent service to our patients, we also emphasize customer service to each other. It's all part of our people-oriented mission.
