Cardiac rehabilitation
The Thomas Hospital Foundation’s Cardiac Health and Rehab Center provides a 12-week, medically supervised exercise and education program for patients recovering from heart-related problems or surgery.
Participants are closely monitored by specially trained staff and physicians, and they have access to a full range of exercise equipment and educational classes.
Physician referral is required.
