The Outpatient Service Centers of Gulf Health Hospitals is staffed in order to provide outpatient laboratory testing.

All routine orders for laboratory testing requested by a physician can be handled at one of these locations.

Certain testing is of a nature that scheduling it in advance is necessary, but most tests can be handled right away by a walk-in visit.

If you are unsure of the pre-requisites for your particular laboratory orders a phone call to one of our sites may be made for information.

Outpatient Services

All activities related to the scheduling or collection of necessary clinical laboratory samples are organized through the Patient Service Centers of Gulf Health Hospitals.

Minimal requirements are a written or phoned in laboratory order from a physician in order to be able to properly perform needed testing.

All test results are delivered back to the ordering physician upon completion of the tests.

All test results must be obtained from the ordering physician per federal HIPPA guidelines.
